Currently live in Tipton, Indiana
Veteran of the United States Marine Corp.
Worked for the Tipton Police Department from 1993 until January 2020. Last 7 years serving as Chief of Police.
Married to April Clark (Foor) for 27 years.

Jessica Parker, lives in Tipton, IN
Grandfather of 10 (7 boys, 3 girls)
Enjoy umpiring high school baseball, deer hunting, and spoiling my grandchildren.
Member of First Baptist Church in Tipton Indiana where I teach Sunday school, Usher, and am the church treasurer.
Also a member of North Central Umpires Association and the Tipton American Legion.
