Thomas James Dziennik

Thomas James Dziennik passed into eternity on Sunday, September 23, 2012. He was stricken with Mantle Cell Lymphoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roman and Tekla (Jasinski) Dziennik and a brother, Deacon John Dziennik of Milwaukee. His sibling, Sister Jeanne Marie of the Holy Spirit, lives in the Carmelite Monastery in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Tom is survived by his wife of 50 years, Patricia Angelina and their children: David, Mary Clare (Daniel) Conwill of New Orleans, Gregory (Peggy) of Noblesville, Madeline (Broeck) Pierce Thornton, NH and Marcella Babala, Long Beach, CA. He dearly loved his fifteen grandchildren. Tom was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on April 29, 1937. He married Patricia Talaga on May 19, 1962. As a student of the Milwaukee School of Engineering, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1961 and a Master of Science degree in 1974. His career with General Motors and Delphi Corporation settled the family in San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, Milwaukee, Ruppertshain Germany, and lastly, Kokomo, Indiana. Retirement included two trips to the bottom of the Grand Canyon, much travel, a part-time instructor position for the US Department of Labor Job Corps and IVY State College. After several years as Chairman of Cordry - Sweetwater Conservancy District, Pat and Tom moved to Noblesville, IN. Mass of Christan Burial will be at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Noblesville, IN at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 29 with visitation from 9 a.m. to 11a.m. and burial will be in St. Adalbert's Catholic Cemetary in Milwaukee, WI, on Monday, October 1, 2012.
