Teresa Christine Williams

Teresa Christine Williams, age 68, of Arcadia, IN died January 1, 2012 at the home of her daughter at Tipton, IN. She was born November 21, 1943 at Noblesville, IN to Thurl Truman and Henrietta (Horn) Cecil.

Teresa was a graduate of Jackson Central High School with the Class of 1961. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church at Arcadia, IN where she taught pre-school. She was a substitute teacher at Christ Lutehran Church at Noblesville, IN and at St John the Baptist Catholic Elementary School at Tipton, IN. Also, she enjoyed gardening, cooking, canning and cake decorating, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Howard Ferber "Ferb" Williams, whom she married October 21, 1965. Also survivng is a daughter: Shay (Gary) Plumer of Tipton, IN, son: Jayson (Tina) Williams of Noblesville, IN, brother: Thurl (Barbara) Cecil, Jr. of Arcadia, IN, sisters: Katie Ann (Dick) Russell of Cicero, IN, and Melony Landes of Noblesville, IN, 4 grandchildren: Alex and Sam Plumer and Hayley and Jayden Williams, step-son: Nicholas Plumer of Carmel, IN. Preceding her in death is a sister: Donatha Etta.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel with burial to follow at the Cicero Cemetery. Rev. Rebecca Smith will officiate.
