Stephen Douglas Voss

Stephen Douglas Voss, age 58, of Noblesville, IN, died March 21, 2010 at Roudebush V.A. Medical Center at Indianapolis. He was born April 13, 1951 to Ival Eugene and Edith Winona (Byers) Voss. He was a graduate of the Indiana Academy class of 1969 at Cicero, IN. He then earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in criminal justice from Indiana University. He served as a medic in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1971. He was stationed in Germany during most of his tour of duty. He had worked for several years at Thompson Consumer Electronics at Indianapolis. He attended the Cicero Seventh Day Adventist Church. Survivors include his daughter and her husband: Kandyce J. (Kevin) Shoffner of Noblesville, grandchildren: Morgan, Sydney and Brady Shoffner, brothers: Earl (Brenda) Voss of Seymour, IN, Charles Michael Voss of Anderson, IN, and Dale (Rebecca) Voss of Indianapolis, IN. In addition to his parents his sister, Adelia Carlisle preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel. Burial will follow at the Cicero cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, c/o Hartley Funeral Homes, P.O.
