Ronald Dean Carson

Ronald Dean Carson, age 73, of Cicero, IN, passed away at his home September 5, 2016. He was born June 18, 1943 at Noblesville, IN to Glen F. and Vola (Reddick) Carson. His parents and eight brothers have preceded him in death. Ron, as he was fondly known, was a graduate of Walnut Grove High School with the Class of 1961. He then became employed at Delco Remy for 27 years. He was a member of Victory Chapel Community Church, the NRA, and was an officer for the Walnut Grove Alumni Association for many years. Ron married Brenda Jill (McCoskey) Carson on June 10, 1962. She survives him. Also surviving are two sons: Shannon (Valerie) Carson of Noblesville, IN and Trenton Allen (Corene) Carson of Indianapolis, IN, a sister: Shirley Lou Manley of Carmel, IN, a grandson: Spencer Dean (Emilie) Carson, as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034, with Pastor Andrew Marshall officiating. Burial will follow at the Arcadia Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to HHSC ECA, P.O.
