Pauleeta Ann Browning

Pauleeta Ann Browning, age 71, of Cicero, Indiana died May 9, 2014 at St. Vincent Hospital at Indianapolis, IN. She was born March 25, 1943 at Noblesville, IN to John Reed and Patricia Ann (Cole) Mohler. She was a graduate of Jackson Central High School with the Class of 1961. She was employed for 46 years, first as the secretary, then as the
treasurer for Hamilton Heights School Corporation. Pauleeta was an avid sports fan, following the Cubs, the Colts and Indiana University basketball as well as watching her children and grandson play basketball. For many years she bowled in the Noblesville and Tipton Leagues. She also volunteered at many school events and was part of the Hamilton Heights Education Foundation. She loved to travel, often finding a great meal or an off-the-beaten-path antique shop. She married Denver L. Browning who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother: Samuel Mohler. Surviving her is a son: Brian Thomas Browning of Indianapolis, IN and a daughter: Amy Browning Wylie of Brookville, IN, a sister: Cynthia Boettjer of Kokomo, IN and a grandson: Tucker Wylie of Brookville, IN. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel with Joyce Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Cicero Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hamilton Heights Education Foundation.
