Patricia Louise Szczepanski

Patricia Louise Szczepanski, age 78, of Cicero, IN passed away October 12, 2016 at her home. She was born July 8, 1938 at Pittsburgh, PA to Donald and Rose (Gazzo) Delozier. She had worked at financial institutions as a customer service representative and later assisted in the opening of the Meijer Super Store at Noblesville, IN. She then became a cashier at the store where she enjoyed working with her co-workers and customers. In her leisure time she liked to crochet. She married Albert J. Szczepanski on November 17, 1956. He preceded her in death May 17, 2013. Her parents and a sister: Ida Hayes also preceded her in death. Surviving her is a daughter: Deborah Ann Perry of Cicero, IN and a son: Albert J. Szczepanski of East Berlin, PA, brother: Donald Delozier of Raleigh, NC, sisters: Geri Backus of Valdosta, GA and Coletta Saunders of Laurel, DE, grandchildren: Christy Leh, Cliff, Mike and A.J. Szczepanski, III, along with several great-grandchildren. A time of visitation will begin at 11:30 A.M. followed by memorial services at 12:30 P.M. on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cicero, IN. Rev. Dale Ehrman will officiate. A gathering will take place after the service to share memories. Arrangements are entrusted to Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034 where you may send memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
