Nicholas A. "Nick" Kerfott

Nicholas A. "Nick" Kerfoot, age 32, of Van Buren, Ohio and formerly of Arcadia, IN, died Friday, July 23, 2010. He was born June 3, 1978 at Marion County to Patrick and Marlene (Thompson) Kerfoot.

Nick graduated from Hamilton Heights High School at Arcadia, IN and earned a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Huntington University at Huntington, IN. He was a freelance graphic designer. He attended Life Point Community Church at Findlay, Ohio. He enjoyed sports and was an avid Pistons, Packers and Reds fan.

He met Tiffany R. Keyes on Tiffany's first day of college. They were married on August 12, 2000. She survives him along with his parents and his children: Alexis K. Kerfoot and Carter N. Kerfoot. Additional survivors include his brother: Brad (Tina) Kerfoot, nephew: Caleb Kerfoot of McCordsville, IN; grandparents: Leland and Kathleen Thompson of Arcadia, IN, grandfather: Norman Kerfoot of Westfield, IN, mother and father-in-law: Jim and Marlene Keyes of Findlay, Ohio and sister-in-law: Andrea (Jim) Rigsby and niece: McKenzie Rigsby, of Findlay, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother: Lucille Kerfoot.

Funeral services were held Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Findlay, Ohio with Pastor Andrew Atkins officiating. Burial followed at the Knollcrest Gardens at Arcadia, Ohio.
