Nancy Helen Plummer

Nancy Helen Plummer, age 78, Cicero, IN died Friday, October 2, 2015 at her home. She was born September 29, 1937 at Indianapolis, IN to Delbert and Mildred (Bivens) Thompson. Nancy was a graduate of Lawrence Central High School with the Class of 1955 and of Technical Business College at Indianapolis. She had worked as a secretary and teller for Oaklandon State Bank, bookkeeper at Channel 6, TV Station and at Aero-Mayflower Transit Company.
She then started her own businesses, Perfect Recovery Upholstery Shop, also Diversified Marketing Group, and lastly she was a jewelry sales representative. Nancy was an active member of Cicero Christian Church. She married James Lewis Plummer on October 12, 1962. He preceded her in death November 27, 2011. Her parents and a sister: Diana L. Scheele also preceded her in death. Surviving her are two daughters: Justina L. Rowe of Greenwood, IN and Janna L. Beale of Noblesville, IN, sister: Joyce Keller, Noblesville, IN, brother Gary Thompson, Avon, IN, grandchildren: Hannah Beale, Hunter Beale, Parker Beale and Ian Rowe. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Cicero Christian Church, 1715 Stringtown Pike, Cicero, IN 46034, with Pastor Adam Colter officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens at Indianapolis, IN. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. and also at the Church one hour prior to the services.
