Mary Louise Hudson

Mary Louise Hudson, age 100, of Arcadia, IN died Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Miller's Merry Manor at Tipton, IN. She was born July 3, 1915 near Westfield, IN to William Cullen and Nellie Marie (Caylor) Bryant. Mary was a graduate of Noblesville High School. She had worked at the dime store in Arcadia for a few years, but most of all she enjoyed being a homemaker. Spare time was spent crocheting or reading. Mary was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and the Indiana Review Club. She married Clifton Edward Hudson who preceded her in death. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents, a daughter: Peggy Lou Hiatt, a son: Jerry Joe Hudson and several siblings. Surviving her is a sister: Iva King, Arcadia, son-in-law: Duane Hiatt, Arcadia, daughter-in-law: Kandy Hudson: Montgomery, AL, grandchildren: Michael, Gene, Timothy and John Hiatt, Daniel and Donald Hudson, 10 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034. Burial will follow at Arcadia Cemetery.
