Mary Jane Hilton

Mary Jane Hilton, Age 89, of Arcadia, IN died Monday, October 12, 2015 at Riverview Health at Noblesville, IN. She was born February 14, 1926 at Arcadia, IN to Edward Harold and Flossie Belle (Barkdull) DeVol, Sr. She was a graduate of Jackson Central High School with the Class of 1945. Mary Jane had worked at the Style Nook Dress Shop at Arcadia, then worked at Bargain Bob's at Atlanta, IN for over 17 years. Lastly she had been a bus aide beginning in 1980 for Hamilton Heights School Corporation. She had recently retired. She was a member of Community Fellowship Church of Tipton. She married William "Bee" Hilton May 27, 1950. He preceded her in death October 20, 1995. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by the following siblings: Helen Marie, Vitura Ann, Juanita Jean, Shirley Louise, Thomas Lewis, Byron Pierce, Edward Harold, Jr., Lloyd D., Harry Lee, Bobby Joe, and Hanora Belle. Surviving her are several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 16, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel with Pastor Bill Cornwell officiating.
Burial will follow at Arcadia Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Fellowship Church, c/o Hartley Funeral Homes, P.O.
