Marjorie C. Hunt

Marjorie C. Hunt, age 92, of Cicero, IN went to be with her Lord on October 10, 2012. She was born May 15, 1920 at Hartford, CT to James Herbert and Lyra May (Mansfield) Chambers.

She was a graduate of Hartford High School.

She was a secretary and administrative assistant at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at Indianapolis, IN. Marjorie was a faithful member of Cicero United Methodist Church, serving in many capacities there. She also was a member of the Arcadia Study Club and the Friends of the Library at Hamilton North Pulbic Library at Cicero, IN. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading and playing the organ.

Surviving her is a son: Kris (Teresea) Hunt of Cicero, IN, grandchildren: Travis, James, Mark and John Hunt, Corbin Adams, Jennifer Sole and Andrea Johnson, and five great-grandchildren, all of whom she dearly loved.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents is a son: James Allen Hunt, and husband Robert R. Hunt.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. at Cicero United Methodist Church with Pastor Byron Fritz officiating. Visitation will preceed the services from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cicero United Methodist Church.
