Jeannetta Lee Mundy

Jeannetta Lee Mundy, age 88, of Cicero, IN died Monday, January 2, 2012 at Harbour Manor Care Center at Noblesville, IN. She was born November 17, 1923 at Lebanon, IN to Jesse Orville and Ruth M. (Staton) Mace.

She was a graduate of Kirklin High School, and later became employed as a secretary. She worked for many years at Statesman Insurance Group, then later worked at Tipton Hospital, The Eldridge Group and the Noblesville Library. She was a member of the Arcadia Christian Church. Jeannetta enjoyed sewing, crocheting, quilting, canning, freezing and all types of crafts. She was a gardener and grew lovely flowers and vegetables for sharing with her family and friends.

Surviving her are three daughters: Wanda (Dave) Taylor of Cicero, in, Joyce Callahan of Noblesville, IN, and Brenda (Russell) Bauer of Curtisville, IN, 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death is a daughter: Beverly Mitchell, a grandson: Jeff Bauer, and sisters: Irene West, Bonnetta Perry and Betty Ray.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 6, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel with Pastor J. R. Moffatt officiating. Burial will follow at Crownland Cemetery at Noblesville, IN. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arcadia Christian Church in memory of Jeannetta. Visitation
