Irene Inman

Irene Inman, age 95, of Cicero, IN, died November 13, 2015 at her home. She was born February 1, 1920 at Gary, IN to George and Rebecca (Gatenor) Gal. She was an active member of the Cicero Seventh Day Adventist Church where she volunteered with the Church School and assisted with the reading program. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting in her leisure time. She married Ernest Lewis Inman on February 6, 1944. He preceded her in death April 13, 1992. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister: Mary Uskert, and brothers: Alex, George and Troyan Gal. Surviving her are two sons: Marion (Corky) Inman of Arcadia, IN and Dennis Inman of Cicero, IN, grandchildren: Jennifer (Brad) Fishers of Ooltewah, TN and Deanna (Mark) Walker of Ringgold, GA, 3 great-granddaughters and 1 great-grandson, plus several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 12 Noon at the Cicero Seventh Day Adventist Church, 24089 State Road 19, Cicero, IN 46034, with Pastor Vic VanSchaik officiating. Burial will follow at Cicero Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the services begin at noon.
