Frank L. Coy

Frank L. Coy, age 78, of Cicero, IN died March 10, 2011 at Riverview Hospital after a brief illness. He was born April 3, 1932 at Cicero to James and Amanda (Campbell) Coy.

Frank served his country in the U.S. Army during the 1950's. He also worked for several years at Delco Remy at Anderson and later at Iris Rubber Company at Cicero. He had also assisted with the farming at the Dan Taylor farms. He was a member of the Noblesville Moose Lodge and the Noblesville Eagles. Frank enjoyed hunting and fishing and was especially fond of mushroom hunting in Michigan.

He married Betty (Harris) Coy on December 24, 1952. She preceded him in death on October 26, 1968. Surviving him are two sons: Jackie (Teresa) Coy of Kirklin, IN, Donald Coy of North Vernon, IN, a daughter: Vicki Hopkins of Noblesville, a brother: Raymond (Lena) Coy of Lafollette, TN, 5 Grandchildren and 3 Great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by a brother: William Coy.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel with Rev. Rick Patterson officiating. Burial will follow at the Cicero Cemetery.
