Deklin Wolfgang Tuggle

Deklin Wolfgang Tuggle, was stillborn on March 12, 2013 at Riverview Hospital at Noblesville to Jason William Tuggle and Kelcey Elizabeth Reecer. Additional survivors include his maternal grandparents: Jason and Angie Reecer of Arcadia, IN and his paternal grandparents: Ron and Shirley Wright of Martinsberg, WV.

He was preceded in death by a brother: Phinnigan Thor Reecer.
