Charles Henry Fields

Charles Henry Fields, age 89, of Anderson, IN died April 27, 2015 at Golden Living at Muncie, IN. He was born November 6, 1925 at Jonesville, Virginia to Carter and Nannie (Jarnegan) Fields. After his school years, Charles became a minister. He had served his Lord at the following churches: Friendship Baptist at Lafayette, IN, Old Oxford Baptist at Mulberry, IN, Bethel Missionary Baptist at Frankfort, IN, East Hopewell Missionary Baptist at Sharpsville, IN, Elwood Missionary Southern Baptist and Liberty Grove Baptist at Anderson, IN. His membership was currently at Noblesville Baptist Church. Surviving him is a son: Claude Richard (Lynn) Fields of Anderson, IN, and a daughter: Nancy Anne McGuire of Anderson, IN, 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter: Trula Diane Fields and 12 siblings. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 15, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN, 46034, with Lynn Fields officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until time of the services. Burial will occur Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Perkinsville Cemetery near Anderson, IN.
