Catherine Elizabeth "Peggy" Kerfoot

Catherine Elizabeth "Peggy" Kerfoot, age 92, of Tipton, Indiana died Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at her home. She was born October 1, 1921 at Kokomo, IN to Andrew Jackson and Ledah Clara (Roush) Daily. She was a graduate of Gas City High School. She enjoyed traveling and sewing, but most of all loved being with her family and friends. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Arthur Bryan "Bing" Kerfoot whom she married August 20, 1976. He survives her. Also surviving are two daughters: Ledah (George) Klutinoty of Colorado Springs, CO, and Jacqueline (David) Kerlin of Atlanta, IN, grandchildren: Bruce (Brooke) Krueger, Greta (James) Krueger-Betley, Austin (Samantha) Johnson, Adam (Lacey) Johnson, and Alexandra Kerlin, step-grandchildren: Charity Johnson, Mike Johnson, and Patricia Conner, and 10 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers: Shirl Daily, Robert Daily, and Edward Daily, sisters: Ruth Johnston and Mabel Siegel. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 3:30 P.M. at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034 with Larry Kerfoot officiating. Burial will follow at the Arcadia Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:30 until time of the services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
