Carol June Heiser

Carol June Heiser, age 81, of Cicero, IN, passed away Monday, August 8, 2016 at Prairie Lakes Health Center at Noblesville, IN. She was born April 26, 1935 at Marion, IN to Mark and Alma Louise (Davis) Shugart. She was a graduate of Swayzee High School with the Class of 1954 and of the Methodist Hospital School of Nurses Training. She had then worked as
a registered nurse at the Marion VA Hospital and was office manager at Heiser Ford Company at Tipton and Elwood, IN. Mrs. Heiser was a member of Bethel Friends Church at Marion, IN and of Tri Kappa Sorority. She loved traveling and being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She married Lowell Dee Heiser on January 15, 1956. He survives her. Additional survivors include sons: Dr. Samuel Rodney (Michelle) Heiser of Noblesville, IN, Daniel Rock Heiser, Phd., of Chicago, IL, daughter: Janelle (Malcom) Davidson, RN of San Diego, CA, brother: Maurice Shugart of Marion, IN, grandchildren: Jessica, Joe, Ryan, Aaron, Ethan and Elizabeth plus three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and four brothers. Private funeral services will be held at a later date with burial to occur at Greentown Cemetery.
