Barbara Jane Inman

Barbara Jane Inman, age 88, of Cicero, IN died December 11, 2014 at Riverview Health at Noblesville, IN. She was born September 13, 1926 near Sheridan, IN to Willie Francis and Vada Lucille (Millikan) Baird. She was a graduate of Westfield High School with the Class of 1944. She had served her community for over 32 years on the Jackson Township Trustee Advisory Board. She was also a long-time member and supporter of the Cicero American Legion Auxiliary. Barbara enjoyed sewing working crossword puzzles and reading. She married Robert Neal Inman on March 5, 1950. He preceded her in death December 28, 2000. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents. Surviving her are two sons: Brian Neal (Barbara) Inman of Cicero, IN and Craig Alan Inman of Arcadia, IN, brother: Charles Baird of Noblesville, IN, sisters: Margaret Moore and Wilda Pitts both of Noblesville, IN, grandchildren: Brooke White, Todd Inman, Scott Inman and Amanda Fineberg, eleven great-grandchildren and two step-grandchildren: Abby and Zach. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel with Pastor Timothy Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at the Cicero Cemetery.
