Allen Keith Miller

Allen Keith Miller, age 84, of Atlanta, IN died February 19, 2015 at his home. He was born December 24, 1930 at Elwood, IN to Weldon and Mary (Shively) Miller. He was a graduate of Walnut Grove High School with the Class of 1948. Keith then served his country in the U.S. Army and was stationed most of his service time in Korea. Keith worked for many years as an operations supervisor with Delta Airlines at Indianapolis, IN. He also was engaged in farming. He was a lifetime member of the Omega Christian Church. He also was a member of the Tipton Masonic Lodge and the Tipton American Legion. A favorite sport he enjoyed was golfing. He married Geraldine (Burwell) Miller on December 30, 1951. She survives him. Also surviving is a son: Scott Allen Miller of Atlanta, IN and two daughters: Kathi L. Miller of Atlanta, IN and Robin K. Shires of Cumming, GA, brothers: Ronald G. Miller of Atlanta, IN and Robert D. Miller of Alexandria, IN, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. His parents preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 12:00 noon at Hartley Funeral Homes Cicero Chapel, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, IN 46034, with Pastor Neal Brown officiating. Burial will occur at Aroma Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the services.
